ARIANNA
From Antonia’s garden2007
In the fall of 2007, I was invited to participate in the Mois de la Photo à Montréal. For this event, the curator Marie Fraser asked me to work on a public art piece showcased outdoors on the Théàtre du Nouveau Monde building in the downtown sector of Montreal. I created aspecific image for this event, entitled Arianna, which was printed on vinyl and measured 32 x 30 feet. Arianna is part of the Antonia’s Garden series, which comprises many more images, some of which were also published in the Mois de la Photo à Montréal catalogue, accompanied by an essay by Marie Fraser.
